Reliefband�s conductivity gel is a patented accessory used to aid in the comfort and efficacy of Reliefband devices. Apply the Reliefband conductivity gel to the wrist just prior to using the Reliefband. Spread about a pea size of gel in a circle on the wrist and place Reliefband�s contacts over the gelled area.
